The Technishield range of fire rated partitions and doors delivers high-performing solutions that meet the visual and practical demands of modern office design. Technishield 50 offers, as standard, 30 minutes integrity only or 60 minutes integrity only, although higher fire ratings can be accommodated upon request.
The steel framing head sections are 50mm x 50mm.
The steel base channel is 50mm x 70mm.
A wide range of fire rated glass types can be incorporated to satisfy the fire, acoustic, robustness and logistical needs of your project. The maximum panel dimensions will vary depending upon the specified glass type.
The glass panels are joined with 5mm fire rated silicone joints if butt-jointed, or vertical mullions for a fully framed aesthetic.
The Technishield 50 glass door can offer 30/0 and 60/0 fire ratings. It is available as a single latched door with hinges, or a double door set, latched and hinged. An over panel can be incorporated.

Fire rating of 30/30 or 60/60 steel framed screen and 30/30 or 60/60 glass door with up to 60 minutes integrity and insulation.
Fire rating of integrity of 30 minutes. Acoustic rating of Rw37dB single glazed using 15mm fire rated glass.
