We are aware of reports concerning an IT services company based in Surrey called Optima Systems Ltd and understand that this unrelated business has entered insolvency proceedings. We wish to reassure our customers, partners and the wider construction community that this company has no connection with us.

Optima (also known globally as Optima Systems, and as PurOptima in the US) is trading as normal – it’s business as usual.

Our operations, financial position and order book remain strong. Manufacturing, project delivery and aftercare are unaffected. If you have heard otherwise, it likely relates to the Surrey IT services firm – not to our business.

No connection between the two companies

The Surrey entity Optima Systems Ltd is an IT services company. We are Optima – a premium manufacturer of aluminium‑framed glass partition systems and doors for commercial interiors. There is no corporate, ownership or operational link between the two companies.

What this means for our customers and partners

Current projects – including design, manufacture, logistics and installation – are continuing to schedule.
Warranties, maintenance and aftercare remain in place.
Credit terms, invoicing and supplier payments are unchanged.
Your existing Optima contacts and service teams remain the same.
