Technishield 110 Fire Screen
The steel framing head sections are 110mm x 50mm.
The steel base channel is 110mm x 50mm.

The screens can be glazed with frameless butt joints or can incorporate mullions and transoms. Technishield 110 can also be installed as single module windows.
As with all our products, Technishield 110 is supported by laboratory-derived sound insulation data from testing in UKAS accredited laboratories. Full details are available on request.
Technishield 110 can achieve up to Rw47dB using standard 120/120 glass products and improved acoustic performance can be achieved using additional lamination or double glazed units.
All acoustic testing is conducted according to the minimum requirements for the FIS Acoustic Verification Scheme to which we are subscribed. Partition samples are never tested to the smalled dimensions permitted for windows or stand-alone glazing, whereby artificially higher results could be achieved. These samples are unrepresentative of partition systems, and any acoustic performance claims derived from testing this way should be treated with great caution.
Fire rating of integrity of 30 minutes. Acoustic rating of Rw37dB single glazed using 15mm fire rated glass.
Fire rating of 30/0, 60/0, up to 120/0 minutes integrity only door and screen system.
Fire rating of integrity of 30 minutes. Can be double glazed using 15mm fire-rated glass and 12.8mm acoustic laminated glass. Acoustic rating of up to Rw45dB.
Fire rating of 30/30 or 60/60 steel framed screen and 30/30 or 60/60 glass door with up to 60 minutes integrity and insulation.
Available in both single and double door options, Technishield 70 offers 90/90 minutes integrity and insulation.
