The Technishield range of fire rated partitions and doors delivers high-performing solutions that meet the visual and practical demands of modern office design. Available in both single and double door options, Technishield 70 offers 90/90 minutes integrity and insulation.
The steel framing head sections are 70mm x 70mm.
The steel base channel is 70mm x 70mm.
The Technishield 70 glass door can offer 90/90 fire rating. It is available as a single latched door with hinges or a single latched door on hinges with a side panel.
Min Height = 1800mm / Max Height = 2320mm Min Width = 955mm / Max Width = 1460mm
Min Width = 300mm / Max Width = 1100mm (Side Panels spigot into the relevant door frame)
The glass panels are joined with 5mm fire rated silicone joints if butt-jointed, or vertical mullions for a fully framed aesthetic.
Fire rating of integrity of 30 minutes. Acoustic rating of Rw37dB single glazed using 15mm fire rated glass.
Fire rating of integrity of 30 minutes. Can be double glazed using 15mm fire-rated glass and 12.8mm acoustic laminated glass. Acoustic rating of up to Rw45dB.
Fire rating of 30/0, 60/0, up to 120/0 minutes integrity only door and screen system.
