Optima Glass Doors

Glass doors within meeting rooms are an ever popular choice amongst architects and designers for a number of reasons. They allow great light transmission, providing an interior with a feeling of transparency and allowing people to feel energized by the natural light that is passing through.

Additionally, when used in meeting rooms they also allow for private working, whilst still enabling visual connectivity across a workplace. This encourages a feeling of togetherness, enhancing opportunities for interaction and collaboration amongst employees.

Until recently, clients requiring a high level of acoustic performance in meeting rooms might have opted for timber door sets, due to the perception that glass doors perform poorly. However, in recent years, we have invested heavily in product development, striving to open up design possibilities by creating glass doors that can offer the same acoustic performance as timber door sets. Our huge advances in door sealing technology have placed us on the cutting edge, enabling us to be able to offer glass doors that can hold their own against bespoke, timber door sets.

Our extensive range of glass doors suit a wide range of budget, aesthetic and acoustic requirements. Within our Axile Series of frameless glass doors, Axile Pulse is an elegant, frameless pivoting glass door which integrates seamlessly with our Optima 117 plus single glazed system, to stunning effect. In order to enhance the acoustic performance but maintain a sleek and minimal design, the Axile Clarity frameless glass door closes against a slimline Microflush alumimium frame.

We can also offer a frameless double glazed door, namely Edge Flush. As the name suggests, this is a beautifully crafted flush frameless door leaf for use with our Microflush door frames.

For those who wish to combine stunning aesthetics with excellent acoustic performance, our Edge Series of framed glass doors, featuring Edge Symmetry and Edge Affinity, ticks all the boxes.

Our Elite Series of glass doors, designed exclusively for use within our Revolution 100 system, can achieve an acoustic performance that competes with bespoke acoustic timber door sets as standard. For smaller areas, our Elite Aero pocket sliding door offers a unique space saving solution.

The Kinetic sliding doors offer a solution for where space may be more limited.

Whatever your design scheme, take a look our impressive range of framed and frameless glass doors or contact us for more information.
