Seeking an architectural equal to realise their vision, they appointed Gensler.
Spanning 45,000 sq ft, ‘Francis House,’ was reimagined as a vibrant village of creativity, collaboration, and client engagement. It’s a showcase of sustainable thinking, celebrating old and new, blending contemporary biophilic-inspired design with original charm.
For its commitment to sustainability and heritage principles, this amazing renovation won Project of the Year in the ‘Workplace Interiors 30-70K’ category at the Mix Awards 24.

The design included a full range of products, including sliding doors, pivoting doors and double-glazed screens with a high acoustic performance. Optima’s range could also deal with areas where guarding was required, all in keeping with the required aesthetic.
Overall service and install were reliable and efficient, and Optima were a trusted partner for this complex and demanding project…”
