In the heart of Soho, a modernist corner building dominates the busy London street. This is where financial giants MoneySupermarket decided to fit out their offices. Not far from London hotspots such as the bustling Oxford Street and London’s iconic West End, MoneySupermarket has chosen a superb location to reflect their remarkably striking and stylish interiors. For instance, an imaginative, bright centerpiece graffiti wall with our Axile Clarity frameless glass door act as the centerpiece to the open plan kitchen area. Most importantly, housing many employees across 25,000 sq feet, architects and designers created a space used dynamically across 3 levels.

An area steeped in history; Dean Street was frequented by many notable characters of history. For example, a notorious drinking spot for Charles Dickens and a testing ground for a young Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart to play his music. Subsequently, the street has stayed a hub for entertainment and social spaces. Architects designed the exterior of the building with Dean Street’s adjoining offices and shops in mind. In other words, architects and designers used the office’s surroundings to highlight the building’s chromatic colour scheme. This contrasts the surrounding brown and beige buildings, still finding harmony in design.
Breathing new life into the interior of the MoneySupermarket building. Mace Interiors have constructed an environment which envelopes you with creativity and vibrancy, MoneySupermarket proudly boasts its strikingly expressive graffiti wall art. Similarly, BDG created a reason to exhibit their centrepiece graffiti wall by intertwining doorways and beautiful black framed partitions into the structure. Together with Mace interiors, we finished the social and kitchen space with our Optima 117 Plus. We fitted our partitions to seamlessly match the black framework that lines the room and is used on various glass balustrades. This was achieved by working collaboratively in order to create a working space bursting with personality and contemporary charm. BDG gifted a sense of style and modernism within the refurbished 18th-century building. Visible from the hallway and reception area, our Axile Clarity frameless glass door tempts you into the bright social area, illuminated by natural light.
On the opposite side of the graffiti wall, BDG designed a sleek timber effect feature wall. Similarly, architects designed this wood effect wall to create a mood. Contrasting the bold graffiti wall, the board room welcomes you with its warming art deco style statement lighting. Working in harmony with our double glazed Revolution 100 system, our Optima 117 Plus illuminates the room and adjoining offices with natural light. In addition to creating a bright space, our frameless glass door provides a smooth transition from the working room into the board room. Moreover, manifestation gives partial privacy being custom printed to suit MoneySupermarket’s specification.
As a result, the British Council Offices (BCO) has shortlisted MoneySupermarket’s Dean Street office for the Fit Out of Workplace Award. In conclusion, MoneySupermarket’s new office is a building proven to be held in high regard by architects and industry journals alike after being prominently featured in ‘MixInteriors’ magazine.
