Demonstrating its long term commitment to Manchester, CBRE takes 30% more space and secures future growth plans.
CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, commissioned TP Bennett to design a light and modern interior at One St Peter’s Square.

The design encompasses modernity, using our Optima 117 Plus Shoreditch Edition glazed partitioning and matching Edge Symmetry doors to cascade natural light into the attractive hallway area. The hallway uses dark fixtures and a black panel ceiling to give a sense of a bigger space. The natural light from our Optima 117 Plus illuminates the contrasting light timber giving further depth to the black panel ceiling and purple carpet.
Cleverly positioned, the client meeting rooms overlook one of Manchester’s most iconic squares. Views clients can enjoy include the Midland Hotel, Manchester Central Library and the Town Hall extension.
Over 100 staff will benefit from a modern office space which seeks to maximise the impressive views from the tenth floor. The use of our internal glazed partitioning enables enjoyment of the vistas throughout the space whilst respecting the acoustic privacy within the meeting rooms. Oversized furniture in the open plan areas creates a welcoming workspace whilst the use of colour provides interest.

CBRE’s Building Consultancy team managed the fit-out process along with Architect TP Bennett and main contractor Overbury.
This was our second project for CBRE following on from the successful fit out of CBRE’s London offices based at St Martin’s Court. This 83,000 Sq. Ft space is home to over 900 staff located over 6 floors. The collaborative working environment utilised our glazed partitioning to create formal and informal meeting rooms, breakout spaces and a staff area that doubles as an event space for clients. In total, an impressive 10 different spaces were created for staff to work from providing a mixture of open plan and acoustically private areas.
