KKS Savills have recently completed the fit-out of their headquarters in the heart of London’s famous West End. Located not far from Oxford Circus, this leading global property agency’s new office boasts a variety of dynamic spaces to promote a range of working styles. In collaboration with main contractor ISG we created a bright and colourful workspace with an elegant and functional finish. Uniquely, we had the opportunity to work with KKS Savills directly on the design of their new space. By collaborating with them throughout the entire project we hit their design brief perfectly. Our glass partitions offer impressive acoustic performance combined with a striking aesthetic, offering Savills the ideal office solution.

For KKS Savills, acoustic performance was a key design requirement for their new London headquarters. With this in mind, Revolution 54 Plus Shoreditch Edition double glazed partitions were installed extensively across the design. The excellent acoustic performance, aesthetic appeal and adaptability of this innovative glass partitioning system provide an elegant and functional environment to support a variety of different employee needs. This acoustic system creates a collection of private offices, meeting rooms and solo booths that branch off from the central communal area. With two layers of 12.8mm thick acoustic laminated glass, Revolution 54 Plus Shoreditch Edition can achieve up to Rw48dB.
Featuring Shoreditch Edition slimline aluminium framework this system brings a rustic, contemporary addition to the design. This is bonded to the glass, thereby retaining both the structural stability and acoustic performance of the glass partition, whilst giving the appearance of cutting through the glass with dramatic effect. As a result, Revolution 54 Plus creates a striking, high-performance environment that supports a variety of working styles.
This property agency’s new office space features a variety of bespoke design features. From curved Shoreditch Edition bars to stand-alone separation screens and coloured manifestation, we added a personalised visual aesthetic. Edge Symmetry double glazed doors showcase a unique curved Shoreditch Edition bar. This addition seamlessly compliments the slimline bars seen across the other systems whilst also putting an interesting spin on the design. Achieving up to Rw41dB, this acoustic glass door delivers an elegant yet striking aesthetic whilst also offering the ideal sound privacy to meet their requirements.
In addition, Optima 117 Plus Shoreditch Edition single glazed partitions create a collection of small meeting rooms and standalone separation screens. These floor-to-ceiling partitions offer a stylish and colourful divider at the end of each bank of desks in the communal space. This elegant system perfectly adds an interesting design feature whilst also separating the workstations from the main break-out area. Furthermore, this single glazed system creates individual pockets of space where employees can take private calls or complete solo work. Installed with a variety of coloured manifestations Optima 117 Plus glass partitions perfectly blend sound privacy with dynamic aesthetic detailing.
This project also offered the opportunity for our different divisions to work together to deliver a final product that hit all of Savills design points. Working alongside one another our Optima Major Works (OMW) and Special Works (OSW) teams collaborated with KKS Savills to bring their London HQ to life. OMW managed the initial pre-contract work with OSW coming in during the design and delivery of the installation of the final project. By combining the expertise of both divisions, we created a truly unique work environment for KKS Savills, that met their aesthetic and performance design requirement perfectly.
