The brief centred on creating a space that embodies innovation, environmental responsibility, and wellbeing. Sustainability was embedded at every stage, aligning with Rabobank’s corporate ethos. The project team collaborated closely to overcome complex design challenges, acoustic, and fire standards.

Outcome & Products

The new fit-out has achieved BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications as well as being nominated as a finalist for the BCO London Award for Fit Out of Workplace, demonstrating Rabobank’s commitment to sustainable and healthy working environments. Key elements include:

• Revolution 100 + Elite Affinity doors – a refined solution combining seamless aesthetics with superior acoustic performance, maximising natural light while maintaining privacy.

• Edge Affinity Doors – striking doors designed to integrate seamlessly within glazed partitions while supporting a contemporary aesthetic.

• Optima 117 Plus – a versatile system that balances openness with acoustic performance to support a flexible and collaborative working environment.

• Technishield 65 EI30 Doors & Double Door sets – Fire-rated door systems providing 30-minute integrity and insulation, ensuring compliance with fire safety standards in key areas.
