Wise occupies five of eight floors at Worship Square. Interiors reflect Shoreditch’s vibrant history with bold colours, expressive materials and curated artwork. Collaborative spaces include a central staircase, wellness amenities such as a sauna, nap pods and massage areas, as well as bespoke labs for research and innovation.
HLW incorporated glazed partitions and doors to define work zones while maintaining openness. Solutions included Revolution 54 Plus, Revolution 100 double-glazed partitions, Optima 117 Plus (including Shoreditch edition), and various sliding doors. These provide acoustic performance, visual separation, and support the unique design of each workspace.
Optima worked closely with HLW from early design stages through technical detailing to ensure acoustic, visual and functional requirements were met across the floor plate. Each space features tailored partitioning to support its specific use while maintaining a cohesive design language.
Wise’s new HQ aligns with the UKGBC Net Zero Carbon Framework. Low-carbon materials, demountable and reusable partitions, and recycled aluminium (Hydro CIRCAL® 75R) reduced embodied carbon by 11 tonnes.
Worship Square integrates sustainability with performance, targeting net-zero carbon, BREEAM Outstanding, EPC A, WELL Gold/Platinum and NABERS 5* ratings, setting a benchmark for sustainable office design in London.
