Chippenham Pallets: the first supplier to be awarded the Optima Net Zero Carbon Approved Award

We would like to congratulate Chippenham Pallets Company Ltd (CPC) for becoming the first of our fantastic suppliers to be awarded our Approved Net Zero Carbon Supplier Award.

CPC has been a valued partner for nearly 20 years, a partnership that has grown from the shared values of leading the way in all aspects, especially when it comes to sustainability. A key part of our supply chain, CPC supplies all of our timber pallets, A-frames and export crates. They also provide bespoke packaging solutions such as reusable timber crates and boxes for our Adaptable Meeting Rooms and its components.

This great achievement of our Approved Supplier Award comes as a result of years of hard work and dedication which has led to CPC not only becoming carbon neutral but going beyond on this and are in fact carbon negative. Having developed a carbon reduction plan and road map to net zero carbon, CPC has found incredible success in eliminating their carbon emissions.

CPC have always shown a strong willingness and commitment to enhancing their capabilities in relation to sustainability. This was demonstrated when they became our first accredited FSC^TM timber supplier, this was something we asked of them, and they achieved it. As a leading glass partition manufacturer, we operate a supplier Code of Conduct as part of our continued progress toward a more sustainable and ethical supply chain. Our Environmental Policy promotes the procurement of materials from suppliers who share our commitment to sustainable responsibility. CPC have time and time again reinforced their commitment and our Net Zero Carbon Supplier Award is the latest achievement on their journey.
