Our facility in Kuala Lumpur services our APAC markets and our five-acre site in Bath, UK services our other territories. At HQ – High Wycombe, teams of dedicated Technical Designers, product specialists and support staff work across borders to support projects. Consequently, we are proud to be both ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 accredited. Our Product Development Steering Committee meets regularly to review new ideas and their implementation. We listen to customer feedback and put ideas into action. New bespoke products make their way from the drawing board, to the mock-up and out onto a project seamlessly. We can then feed this knowledge and experience back into our standard product range benefiting everyone.
