Our team of Directors have a wealth of management and financial experience, as well as extensive knowledge of the construction industry. Experienced leaders, they are collaboratively focused on achieving business success across all departments, and are committed to delivering industry leading levels of quality and customer service.
Managing Director Allan has been with Optima since 2010, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the construction industry.
As Managing Director of Optima Products Ltd, Christian is responsible for overseeing the daily smooth running of the organisation.
As Divisional Managing Director of Optima’s Special Works team, Sean oversees post contract works including churn work, maintenance and new, smaller projects.
Richard’s is responsible for HSQE for the group. He is responsible for all our ISO’s and other awards and accreditations.
Nigel joined Optima in 2012 and is now Divisional Manager for Optima Special Works. Nigel has over 25 years’ experience in the glazed partitioning, suspended ceilings and structural fire protection sectors.
Chris has been with Optima since 2003 and in his role as Contracts Director he manages the Contracts department of Optima Contracting, overseeing all projects from order stage through to completion.
Dave has been with Optima since 1990. As a Director he has overall responsibility for Optima Contracting’s estimating division and has a wealth of experience of large, complex projects.
Richard joined in 2003. In his role as Divisional Director, he manages our team of Quantity Surveyors and has responsibility for the financial performance of all Major Works projects.
Jon has worked in the London Construction market for over 13 years. As a key part of Optima’s Specification Sales Team, Jon works closely with London Designers, Architects and Main Contractors.
Gerard joined Optima in 2005 and is now Design Director, leading an enthusiastic and skilled team of designers.
Peter Long is our Fire and Certifications Director and is dedicated to promoting accurate and responsible product marketing, and it is his mission to raise industry standards in all facets of the glazed partitioning sector. For more than 20 years, he has been a member of the Optima Group, where he oversees the technical support staff at Optima and is in charge of testing and certifying our whole product range, with a special emphasis on fire rated equipment.
He believes it is our duty as an industry to provide adequately established specifications and to uphold those standards throughout the entire project cycle, including design, production, and installation. Peter makes it his business to be very familiar with Optima’s products, offering clients complete confidence in the outcome.
He is excited to continue the drive for improved construction standards and higher levels of competency with like-minded individuals now that he has been admitted as a member of the Institute of Construction Management.
